 New Kart Circuits Now Available

Aside from Pembrey (race cars) and Buckmore Park (karts), two new guides have now been launched.

Clay Pigeon

http://www.claypigeonraceway.co.uk/

This 815 metre circuit in located about 10 miles south of Dorchester, Dorset.

Shenington

http://www.karting.co.uk/shenington/

This is a well-used and exceedingly popular 1211 metre circuit in, located about 10 miles north/west of Banbury.

New Kart Circuits Coming

TrackTeach is currently discussing possibilities of guides with several circuits, details of which should be available in time for the next newsletter. Currently under development is:

Daytona: Milton Keynes

http://www.daytona.co.uk/intro.php?venue=milton%20keynes

This is a very popular 1360 metre circuit in the Midlands, which is easily accessed. All major work, including the maps, photographs and videos have been completed, together with peripheral items such as directions and accommodation. But there is still work outstanding, including checks for accuracy. Daytona Milton Keynes is currently undergoing development (a new kiddies circuit) and it is possible these will be included in the first release.

Order Form

A couple of minor errors have been fixed with the online ordering spreadsheet:

  1. Typing in an e-mail address. The alignment was wrong, so the address was not visible.
  2. The screen is colour-coded, but that colour was also printed out, resulting in a waste of ink. This has been corrected so the printed version is now black on white. If you want to print in full colour, then complete the following steps:
    • Select “File > Page Set Up..”.
    • Select the “Sheet tab”.
    • From the Print section (middle section), clear the “Black and white” check box.

Also, there are now MS Word and pdf versions of the order form. It is recommended to use the .xls version if possible, as this works out the price for you automatically.

Postage and packaging costs have now been included (free only for mainland UK).

Credit Card

You can now order CDs via the Auction rooms of e-bay and Amazon. A search link to the Amazon site has been provided. From there you can select the correct guide and pay Amazon buy credit card.
